Reporting a Personal Claim
Personal claims often involve issues that need to be addressed immediately. The fastest way to report a claim is to contact the insurance company directly. Most companies offer a toll-free number, and many are open 24 hours a day. The insurance company will notify TAG after gathering all of the necessary information directly from you regarding the claim.
In order to make the claims reporting process go smoothly, have the following information available before contacting the company: your policy number, the other party's insurance information and a police report if applicable.
After reporting a claim, you should expect to hear from an adjuster within 48 hours. If you are not contacted in a timely manner, or if you experience any problems during your claim process, please call our office.
